Penticton Certified Adventure Bootcamp is a Specialized 4 week Exercise and Nutritional Program, designed to fit a beginner who is new to exercise, a seasoned jock, weekend warrior, or an Iron man athlete!

This is THE Camp where Women and men of all age groups and physical abilities successfully build on their foundation of health to enhance their Movement, Cardiovascular fitness, lower their Blood Pressure, see and feel an Increase in Flexibility, all Over Muscle Tone, strength training, targeting Mr. Inner core and Mrs. Outer Abdominals, while losing unwanted inches!

Understanding no one person is on the same journey as another, is why YOU WILL begin and continue to "graduate" to more advanced exercises at your OWN level and pace thru out your camp. This ensures your bootcamp Experience is safe,
motivating, fun, filled with many "mini goal" successes leaving you Empowered and ready to take on the rest of your day! Did I leave out Excited to come back for more!!
